 The Local Green Bowl: August Bounty Edition

A fresh, seasonal bowl built around the best local, organic produce available in August.

No two bowls are ever quite the same. We start with what's fresh from our local growers and farmers, then create a delicious seasonal bowl showcasing the very best ingredients sourced through The Local Green Box Cavan.

This month's bowl features carrots, courgettes, green beans, garlic, rainbow chard, fresh herbs, peppercorn cheese and wholesome grains, finished with crispy onions and the option to add crispy organic Dexter beef.

Served chilled and ready to enjoy after the show or to take home.
